Will your footprints be seen after you're gone?

It is my desire to not only stand before God one day and hear "well done good and faithful servant," but also to leave a legacy in the world in which I walked. Were the people I crossed paths with better for crossing my path? As a leader, did I instill and motivate them to be better? Was I successful in "teaching them to fish?" These are the goals I ask each day.

God, what are you doing in this person's life today? In this community now? How can I be a part of what you are doing?

What is the legacy you want to leave? Don't know? Maybe today's the day you begin to put some thought into that.  Ask yourself the questions that I ask each day. Then, once you get an inkling of the answer...begin to take the next first step to leave those steps emblazoned in cement.
